We accept returns of unused products within 14 days from the shipping date. Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns on used products.  Please email at hello@shopkrood.com to obtain authorization for returns. 

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please keep all of the original packaging and broken products and notify us immediately.

We do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
